An RMA number will be issued to assure that your account is promptly
credited.
Returns must be shipped prepaid to AddVant. Returnable items will
be subject to 25% or more restocking fee and are expected to be in the
original packaging with all accessories included. The buyer is responsible
for freight charges on the return. Custom cables, bulk cable, connectors,
tools, test equipment, software,special orders and items held more
than 30 days are not returnable.

Most orders received and paid by 1 PM EDT will ship on same day.

In some cased due to inventory shortage and/or manufacturer policy
the orders swill be ship within 3 business days after payment received
